Returns & Exchanges
Under UK distance selling regulations, standard (non-personalised) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty or damaged, as these items are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Order Cancellations
You have the right to cancel an order for standard (non-personalised) products within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as work starts immediately after your order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible and I will advise whether this is still possible.
Faulty Goods
If an item arrives faulty or develops a fault, you are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This applies to both personalised and non-personalised items.
Please contact me promptly with details and photos of the fault. Where a fault is confirmed, I will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you once the issue has been verified.
Refunds
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back.
